All travelers, regardless of age, must have a valid passport. The U.S. Department of State is responsible for issuing and renewing U.S. passports.

We encourage you to apply for a passport for you and your children as soon as possible. Many people have experienced

increased wait times for processing of a passport request and Legacy Journey can not be held responsible for failure to secure a valid passport. It is important to note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER your planned return from China, or you will not be issued a visa.
